A few months ago, the 2024 ECATA delegates wrapped up their trainging with a presentation on their Multinational Team Project and journey during the ABI course.

What an exciting journey for the delegates of the ECATA 2024 ABI course! They completed this executive program in the last week of April with the public presentation of their Multinational Team Project on Advanced Air Mobility.
Congratulations to all the delegates on completing this program and gaining valuable experiences along the way. You should be proud of your achievements!

The ECATA programme has strengthened my personal development in an incredibly short time and has clearly shown me that a multicultural team with a wide range of different backgrounds can be a real asset to the Aerospace industry. The programme is diverse in many ways. It provides a comprehensive impression of the Aerospace industry, fosters personal development and creates wonderful friendships across Aerospace companies and countries. For me, it was a unique and unforgettable time.
Participating in ECATA is truly a privilege. It is a unique experience that combines first class lectures, seminars and industry visits with project work, customer interaction and last but not least, the chance to make new friends. Through all that, the ECATA course has provided a valuable and extensive toolbox for the future. Although challenging at times, it is an opportunity to celebrate and cherish our cultural differences and likenesses, all united through our passion for European aerospace.
ECATA is by far the most impactful training I have taken part in. It made it step change in how I approach work but also how I develop my own career. Following the course I returned to work with a clear set of goals and aspirations which I’m pleased to say I am well on track with. I’m in a role I love and regularly use the tools and techniques I gained from the programme. ECATA created an amazing network across aerospace and I left with some lifelong friendships.
